Waverider 380

A well designed small inflatable, that can be used for either a small boat or large boat tender.

Standard Features

The Waverider 380 is an ideal boat for either a yacht tender or small sports boat. It is lightweight yet solid. It can be either controlled by a tiller steer motor or center steering position.

The tubes are rounded at the front can be made from PVC or from Hypalon. It has a double rub strake with anchor rope protection. A cushion can be fitted over the anchor locker, which will allow for extra seating with in the boat. 

It has full-length grabline on top of the tubes.

The boat has a moderate vee shape falling away to a flat bottom, so it can run in shallow water. The tube diameter is large for this size boat and therefore gives it a dry ride and the ability to carry a large load for its size.

The transom has knee supports and is rated to a 40 hp motor although a 9.9 hp will push this boat along nicely.

The 380 can also be built to meet the SOLAS regulations.  This requires more air compartments with relief valves.  The hull lay for standard vessels is the same as we build for SOLAS specifications.
